Actress Robyn Griggs from "Another World" has passed away at the age of 49, according to her publicist Lisa Rodrigo. Griggs' official Facebook page announced her passing on Saturday. The post's message read, "With a heavy heart, I am devastated to announce Robyn's demise," although it's not obvious who penned the eulogy. The statement went on to say: "I'll never forget how willing she was to share her tale with me and how welcoming she was of my assistance. Griggs had been candid about her recent health issues, including being given a stage 4 cervical cancer diagnosis in 2020.
The actress revealed that she had four new tumours on Facebook as recently as July. "I advised them to do whatever it takes. I'm ready to battle, "An article stated. Griggs, who was born on April 30, 1973, in Pennsylvania, is best known for playing Stephanie Hobart in "One Life to Live" from 1991 to 1992 and Maggie Cory in "Another World" from 1993 to 1995. She experienced a comeback in 2003, appearing in horror films including "Zombiegeddon," "Severe Injuries," and "Minds of Terror," among others. Griggs' husband Mark Wiley is still alive.
