He knew what he needed to do in his life, where he was needed. It is astonishing to see a 16 year old young man having such foresight about the future which we get to see inside Vinoba Bhave. He contacted Gandhiji through letter. Gandhiji was very impressed by this 20 year old young man and invited him to his 'Kochrab Ashram' in Ahmedabad. In the same year Vinoba Bhave met Gandhiji and started living in the ashram. He took part in all kinds of activities of the ashram and started living a simple life.
